So a full day of doing absolutely nothing today on board the “oh so cheap” Spanish special.. It’s a sailing day today and we’re heading from Barca to Napoli…

Day started with S going for a run and me doing a load of hand washing.. before I hear sounds of anguish about “you’re already doing his laundry etc etc” from my feminist friends.. I’m not interested in going for a run and I’d rather get the chores out of the way! So, I chose to do the laundry! 🙂 So girls, you can stop stressing now!!! 🙂

From washing to brekky to lounging.. seriously the toughest working day yet! We found ourselves a quiet out of the way spot to just soak up some sun, read some stories + listen to some music… pool deck was insane-o (bikini fest if you’re so inclined) with every chair taken and the pool filled to capacity so we were quite content to find an out of what place to consume our pina colada’s and kick back for a hard day out..

The afternoon was more of the same with a snooze thrown in for good measure and dinner was a non-event as we decided to hang out rather than deal with the formality of the gala dinner.. Biggest action event of the day was when we sailed between the two islands of Corsica + Sardinia and took some selfies… you know it’s a hard day when you’re only goal is how to perfect the perfect selfie shot!

Needless to say, our cheap and cheerful is more than living up to expectations!
