For the first time in almost two years I have re-checked in to my blog. I was once such an avid blogger but since returning to “normality” it has really become a travel only site and considering the bank account hasn’t really allowed the travel.. well… not too much blogging!

Weary has been hard at work but now here in Sydney. I last checked in when I went and “Shot the Big 5” with my folks and I’ll be back on line in two months when we again return to Africa but this time to check out the huge sand dunes in Namibia. I’m also hoping to join my flat mate mid year somewhere in the unknown so don’t be surprised if you start to see a bit more blogging action.

However, I digress. The purpose of today’s blog is that I’m running a Weary family competition in time for Xmas 2015. Every year my family + close friends score a calendar from yours truly. Usually this calendar shows the highlights of that year’s trip… considering this year I haven’t done any tripping I was thinking… so what is going in the calendar? I decided the answer was “Where in the World is Weary?” and I would run a competition… All correct entries will go into the draw for the title of “Most Avid Weary Watcher” and that person will win something… Prize still to be determined/ negotiated with the winner– could be an all expenses paid vacation to my house in Surry? 🙂 It won’t really be about the prize but will be about how well you followed the adventures. I am going to guess that there will be two very likely candidates who will get all the answers correct but lets wait and see.

I will announce the winner and the answers in early Jan after all entries have been sent thru. Send them thru to my email/ FB for your chance to be crowned “Most Avid Weary Watcher!”
